The shot ends
where the ball stops.
Approaches earn one, two or three putts depending on the finishing ring. Allow for the green’s run before picking your landing spot.
- Gold ring: one putt
- Pale ring: two putts
- Outer green: three putts
A hazard has its own answer.

The burn
A diagonal river changes the carry distance with your line. Leave room for the ball to roll after landing.

The crossing
An entire hole across a chain of islands. Each landing needs enough carry to clear the water.

The gust
A moving band of air pushes shots that fly through it. Read its position before committing.

Island green
A green surrounded by water leaves little room for a missed approach.
A few good questions.
